
- Sauce Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons soybean paste
- 3 Tablespoons soy suace
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 heaping Tablespoons honey
- 3 Tablespoons mirin
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef brisket
- 2 servings somen
- handful of minari, chopped
- handful (about 8 stalks) of Chinese chives, chopped
- sesame seeds for garnish
- Recipe:
- mix all the sauce ingredients together
- cook the somen according to package directions
- rinse the cooked somen in cold water and drain
- mix with about 8 Tablespoons of the sauce
- cook the brisket in a pan on high heat with the rest of the sauce
- top the noodles with the chopped minari, chives, and the brisket
- sprinkle on some sesame seeds and serve!
