
- Ingredients:
- 1 bowl cooked rice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 5 stalks Chinese chives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 sheet dried seaweed, cut into strips
- 1 egg, fried
- 2 Tablespoons pollack roe
- sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- Recipe:
- wash and cut all the vegetables
- fry an egg – I like mine sunny-side up
- In a large bowl, put a small bowl’s amount of cooked rice (about 200 grams)
- top the rice with all the ingredients from green onions to pollack roe
- sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve!
- mix it all up and enjoy~
- the pollack roe should be enough to season it, but if not, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil
- add the sauce little by little into the bibimbap and adjust seasoning to your liking!
