
- Ingredients:
- 1 pack of hummus
- Cauliflower Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- Garlic Butter Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- Cauliflower Recipe:
- separate the cauliflower florets into one-bite chunks
- mix it with the rest of the ingredients until each cauliflower is evenly coated
- spread it out on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
- bake in an oven preheated to 425 degrees F for 30 minutes – take it out after about 20 minutes to give it a toss and put it back in the oven
- Garlic Butter Recipe:
- in a small saucepan, heat the butter on medium-low heat to melt
- add the garlic and stir around for about 30 seconds to a minute to fully cook the garlic
- add the rest of the ingredients and turn of heat
- mix it to fully incorporate all the aromas into the butter
- Recipe:
- spread the whole tub of hummus onto a serving plate
- place the cauliflower all over the top – you can pile it high
- scoop out the solids in the garlic butter and drop it all over the cauliflower
- then drizzle some of the leftover butter all around
- serve!
